The Residents’ coffee morning included a highly informative presentation delivered by the Fraud Prevention Team. The session provided valuable insight into current fraud risks and practical advice on how to recognise and prevent fraudulent activity. Residents were actively engaged throughout the talk, asking a number of thoughtful questions, and feedback indicated that the presentation was both extremely interesting and beneficial.
